GASP has developed its very own food truck which is currently operated by Lean-to-Kitchen, an award-winning manufacturer of gourmet mustard, sauce and relish, and are catering experts!
Launched in June 2015 Lean-To Kitchen chef and owner, Shayne Lewis, has combined with GASP to bring you a unique, accessible and authentic food experience.
Shayne showcases the very best and freshest of seasonal Tasmanian ingredients, and supports local businesses, from the butchers and the bakers to the growers and the makers.
Please ask their friendly team about catering for your next event – inside, outside, big or small, Shayne can tailor a menu to suit!
GASP Mobile was developed with support from the Tasmanian State Government, a grant from the Myer Foundation and generous in-kind assistance from a range of local business partners. The concept of a roving social enterprise serving delicious food and helping students and members of the community with work and training opportunities has been developed with stakeholders over a 2 year period. We are excited to be working with Lean-to-Kitchen and we rely on your patronage to make it a success.
You will usually find GASP Mobile at GASP on Sunday’s but for updates and to track the whereabouts of the truck at other times please connect with us on:
